會安獨有的高樓麵 ，像廣東式的乾撈麵。麵條彈性十足。7 HKD 一大碗！我吃在舊城區正門外街頭，不過其實嗵街也有!
This noodle is speciality originated from Hoi An, it is kind of noodle without soup. the noodles were dancing with my teeth.
~ No. 2 越南第一法式三文治 Banh Mi
終於找到傳說中的越南第一Banh Mi (法式三文治), Banh Mi Phuong , 話說美國名廚Anthony Michael Bourdain也曾光顧過, 日賣2000個! 個人認為 Banh Mi 最重要是個包，這𥚃做到絕對的外脆內軟法包，高!! 10HKD 一大個 (視乎配料)。
French bread was introduced to Vietnamese in the late eighteen century when Vietnam fell under French’s .Here comes the best French sandwiches in town, only around 10HKD with whole lot of fillings, the bread was so crispy.
~ No.3-米糕 steamed rice cake
越南d麵粉真係又香又軟糯，除了吃湯河，記得吃這個米糕 。1.5 HKD 一個。舊城區內街頭。
i wonder how could the Vietnamese people produce such delicious rice flour, everything made from it taste so good. this steamed mini rice cake is just around 1.5 HKD.

~ No. 1 – 雞飯Com Ga
原來這店不是吃雞件，是吃手撕雞，伴以木瓜沙律及內臟!! 雞不算滑，但木瓜沙律及內臟非常有特色! 雞飯 24HKD. (p.S. video 內講錯了海南雞飯, 應該係會安雞飯至啱, 係唔同食法架!!)
Chicken rice, It’s one of Hoi An specialities. The chicken torn into smaller pieces and mixed with chopped herbs, sliced onions, served with rice that cooked with chicken broth.
~ No. 2 – 三老死 Three good friends
米紙丶 春卷丶 米粉原來是好朋友(三老死)，這家Morning Glory餐廳好又平又美味，份量十足，叫了 morning glory(牵牛花)沙律丶 五香油封鴨丶三老死，全部美味指數95分以上。五香油封鴨配上焦糖洋蔥，甜與咸的完美配合，三老死結合三樣不同質地的食物，一起放入口，可以想像那口感有多澎湃。這頓飯，連兩杯特飲，才~180HKD。 呢間餐廳日間還舉辦cooking class!
Restaurant Morning Glory scored very high in Trip Advisor, I tried and found it worth the high ratings. We ordered morning glory salad, five-spiced duck confit with caramelised onions, three good friends, I scored high to all of them. Including two special drinks, we paid only approximately 180HKD for this awesome meal, isn’t it value for money?

No 1- Han Market
從正門進入market，在 ground floor 走過手信檔後有一個熟食檔，跟當地人溝通唔到，唯有指著隔離個本地人吃的來叫，結果，以下這些一律十分美味，平到唔記得幾錢。圖一那碗麵湯底十足蝦味，圖二那碟像米糕的東西應該叫white rose，糯米中間有些像蝦又像豬肉的餡，很野味。最後是超甜甜品，當地人真的非常喜歡用煉奶。
No 2- 海鲜大排檔
There are a lot of seafood food stores in Danang, quality are just so so. But the funny thing is, I learnt a new way to eat steamed fish. That was my first time ever, Steamed fish served with rice paper!!
I have been told French is one of the cuisine you can’t miss in Vietnam, it make sense when you think about the colonised history. However, it isn’t much choice available in Da Nang, I foundLe RendezVous through Trip Advisor, it has been rated 4.5 stars. My view is, its value for money, in terms of food quality, its so so. We ordered Starters: Foie gras, Ham and Blue Cheese Salad, Main course: Veal stuffed with mushroom. The main course surprised us most. The bill was around 4xx HKD (included 60HKD corkage, crazy me brought a bottle of Georgian Wine to Vietnam)
Hoi An is my new favourite travel destination in Asia, a city full of local culture and traditions , way more CHEAP and TASTY food than Danang.
